Winston & Strawn LLP: M&A and Private Equity Associate

Winston & Strawn’s Dallas office is looking for a mid-level corporate associate with M&A/private equity transactional experience.  Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience representing financial sponsors, private equity groups and strategic buyer/sellers in connection with leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity and minority investments, and related strategic transactions, including preparation of acquisition/disposition/investment agreements and related closing documents and closing transactions.  Securities experience would also be helpful.  All candidates must be admitted to the Texas Bar.
