Mid-Level Real Estate Associate

McGuire Craddock & Strother’s real estate practice group is seeking an associate with 5+ years of experience for its Dallas office. The ideal candidate would have experience with some or all of purchase and sale, leasing, title and survey review, and partnership/LLC negotiation. Candidates are expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), an ability to work collaboratively in teams with both firm clients and other lawyers and paralegals within the firm, and a strong academic background. We would expect that the associate would bill approximately 1,600-1,700 hours annually; however, MCS does not set a minimum billable hour requirement for its associates. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.

MCS was founded 30 years ago by lawyers from among the largest firms in Dallas with the goal of providing the best qualities of a large, traditional law firm with the client focus, responsiveness, and efficiency that larger firms cannot offer. Over time, we have built a team of experienced lawyers who are committed to this philosophy of practicing law. At its office in Dallas, Texas, MCS currently has 24 attorneys practicing in areas that include real estate, finance, construction law, corporate law, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, dispute resolution, and probate and trust.
