Bankruptcy Litigation Counsel – Dallas

Thompson Coburn is seeking an attorney for a counsel position to join its bankruptcy litigation section in the Dallas office.  We are seeking candidates with at least 5 years of bankruptcy and/or bankruptcy litigation experience. We are seeking candidates with proficient writing skills and experience appearing and arguing in bankruptcy courts.  Candidates must have the ability to function both independently and within a team environment and have a detail-oriented mindset.  Bankruptcy clerkship experience is a plus.  This position is not open to recruiters.
