Associate Position at Cobb Martinez Woodward

Cobb Martinez Woodward PLLC, a Dallas litigation firm, is growing. We seek full-time associates with civil litigation experience and strong academic backgrounds to join us in our expanding practice.

CMW offers the opportunity to learn from and practice alongside successful, experienced lawyers representing businesses and professionals in law, architecture, engineering, real estate, accounting, financial advice, insurance, employment, and commercial disputes, as well as in the defense of serious personal injury/premises liability and products liability matters. We handle representation using a team approach, with partners and associates working together to achieve our clients’ goals. We work hard, have a good time doing it, and enjoy each other’s company.

Successful associates will be strategic, thoughtful, intellectually curious, energetic, and care about our clients, their work, and the results. The lawyers we are looking for demonstrate the ability to handle legal matters with some autonomy, but also can collaborate effectively with our other attorneys. These candidates will organize and prioritize work appropriately, meet deadlines, research with care, write clearly and concisely, have solid oral communication skills, and be team players.

Law school GPA should be included on resume.

Must be licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas.

Texas state court civil litigation experience preferred.
