About Us

The Constitutional Law Center for Muslims in America (“CLCMA”) operates as a non-profit legal center designed to uphold the constitutional rights of Muslim Americans and all others, by litigating to protect the civil rights and due process protections guaranteed to all citizens in the Constitution. CLCMA represents clients in Civil Litigation, Criminal and Immigration matters that impact constitutional rights in the areas of national security assertions, as well as religious, national origin and race discrimination and religious accommodations.  The Civil Litigation department represents clients in federal courts throughout the United States, including appellate matters before all federal Circuit Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.
